About the event
Throughout the event we'll explore the theme of truthfulness.
Starting with our yoga practise (satya) which is all about living a truthful life without doing harm to yourself or others. Being truthful in our yoga practise means that we observe and respect that we have different gifts and strengths along with certain limitations and weaknesses. We leave our egos behind and accept ourselves as we are.
We’ll be moving through a dynamic, fun and creative sequence flowing from posture to posture, connecting our breath, body & the deepest layers of the ’self'. No matter if you are a beginner or an advanced student, the practise is suitable for everyone. This will be a safe space for you to experience a deep and powerful healing through the practise of yoga. We’ll finish off with a relaxing shavasana where you’ll receive a yogi-like massage with the help of essential oils.
