1. What is Psychedelic Breathwork?
It’s a modern breathwork practice combining rhythmic breathing, functional music, and intention setting. The technique helps silence the inner critic, shift into altered states, and open a gateway to healing and self-discovery.

 

2. What might I experience?
Every session is unique. You may feel emotional release (tears, laughter, tingling, warmth), deep relaxation, or sudden clarity and inspiration. Others experience symbolic imagery, intuitive guidance, or simply a profound sense of peace. Trust that whatever arises is exactly what you need.

 

3. Is it safe?
Yes, when practiced with guidance. Common sensations include tingling, cramping (tetany), or shifts in temperature - all temporary and safe. You can always slow down or return to normal breathing if needed.

4. Do I need experience?
No experience is required. Beginners and experienced breathers are equally welcome.

 

5. Who should not join?
Psychedelic breathwork is not recommended for pregnancy, epilepsy, glaucoma, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, psychosis, severe anxiety/panic disorders, recent surgery, or a history of stroke.

 

6. How will I feel afterwards?
Most people leave feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply relaxed. Some feel energized, others tender and reflective. Give yourself time afterwards to integrate - ideally with rest, journaling, or a walk in nature.

 

Practical Info:

  • Please prepare a quiet space, a yoga mat/blanket, water, and headphones for the best sound quality.

  • Join a few minutes early to settle in.

  • You will receive a Zoom link and preparation guidelines 1 day before the event
