A flowing series of dynamic postures designed to physically and mentally awaken your body and mind.

We'll also be practising some pranayama, breathing exercises to awaken our bodies from the inside out.

The class will take place on Barceloneta beach, we'll meet at Carrer de Guítert, 61, 08003 Barcelona (not far from the Surfhouse)

Time: 8:30am (not crazy early but just in time to witness the sun illuminate the city)
