A flowing series of dynamic postures designed to physically and mentally awaken your body and mind.

We'll also be practising some pranayama, breathing exercises to awaken our bodies from the inside out.

The class will take place on Barceloneta beach, on the pier where the outdoor gym is, in front of Passeig Maritim.
