About the event
We invite you to have a glimpse to one of the most epic Catalan mountain peaks - Pedraforca. Emblematic Fork shape peak situated in the pre-Pyrenees, part of the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park. We are talking about real mountains here!
On the way back we will settle down for a reconnecting and grounding yoga practice.
We'll explore some breathing exercises, light movement and stretching followed by a meditation with essential oils.
When? Saturday 11ht of September

How? By car, so the group size is limited to 8 people.
