About the event

2h fun workshop will be focused on exploring arm balances (crow, side crow, flying crow, flying pigeon) and inversions (head stand, tripod head stand, forearm stand). Learn to fly and float with ease.

Often times we think that going upside down is dangerous and we need to have a lot of experience to achieve these poses. This is a great opportunity that will give you the confidence and playfulness to get a great taste on how to practice them. You’ll learn step by step techniques for safely entering and exiting the pose. The workshop includes a Dynamic Vinyasa flow to get your body warmed up and ready to flip it upside down followed by a rejuvenating full body relaxation.

Inversions are not just fun asanas, you will get to enjoy numerous benefits that they provide: it helps to relieve stress and mild depression, improves cardiovascular and lymphatic circulation and it improves the quality of meditation and overall emotional stability.

This workshop is perfect for beginners as we'll be learning how to safely enter these postures, activate the correct muscles and let go of the fear of falling down.

Group size will be small so I can support you in your journey and so that we can have Q&A throughout the workshop making it interactive.
