Yoga & Mindfulness 

Join us for a rejuvenating 3 day yoga and mindfulness retreat next to a beautiful medieval town Cruilles, only a few kilometers away from the most stunning beaches in Costa Brava and only 2h train ride away from Barcelona. The Spring Detox retreat is uniquely tailored retreat package inclusive of profound yoga practise, deep meditation, mindfulness, coaching and delicious Vegan food!

 

The aim of this weekend retreat is to give yourself some time off from your day-to-day life, time for yourself to renew and reset!
 

This retreat will help you  understand stress, how to cope with it, and unlock the key to feeling  healthy, and energetic. You will have time to relax and renew your energy and reinvigorate your mind, body and soul. With daily yoga, meditation practise, group sessions with a psychologist and nutritious food together we’ll create a wholesome and transformative wellness experience.

SATURDAY

 

7:45 - Cleansing Ginger Tea

8:00 - Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga, meditation, pranayama practise

9:15 - Wholesome buffet Breakfast

10:15 - Travel to the beach, group meditation session

12:00 - Coaching and goal setting with a psychologist/mindfulness coach (on the beach)

13:30 - Delicious Lunch

14:30 - Free time

18:30 - Mindful ‘ LOV’ Kombucha tasting (fermented tea)

19:30 - Dinner

21:00 - Gentle Evening Yoga & Yoga Nidra Meditation

SUNDAY

 

7:15 - Mindful Morning Walk

7:45 - Cleansing Ginger Tea

8:00 - Dynamic Vinyasa, pranayama, meditation

9:15 - Wholesome buffet Breakfast

10:15 - Free time for reflecting, a walk in the nature

11:15 - Stress and anxiety management skills - Psychologist group discussion.

FULL PRICE: €335 (single beds in shared accommodation)

DISCOUNT: Early bird discount of 10% is valid till March 4th. 

Transfers to and from the train station can be arranged on specific times. 

 

Flights, trains, other transport, additional yoga/private sessions are not included.

 

**** A deposit of €150 is required to make a booking. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the event. Our deposits are non-refundable.

We realize the importance of good, healthy and nutritious food while you stay with us and offer delicious dishes for our guests.

 

All meals will be vegan prepared with fresh, seasonal, and, for the most part, organic produce.
 

We'll have fruits and free-flow infusion teas available throughout each day as well!

During out retreat we'll engage in a mindful drinking exercise of 'LOV' Kombucha.

 

LOV Kombucha is vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO drink, it is rich in probiotics — the healthy gut bacteria associated with heart health, lower rates of anxiety and depression, fewer yeast infections, weight management, boosted immunity, and, you guessed it, improved digestive health.

Bianca Kelly - Psychologist, Mindfulness Coach

 

Lina and Bianca have both lived and worked around the globe, led a number of successful workshops together, collaborating with various wellness brands to create an unforgettable experience for their students.

 

They share a passion of promoting well-being and being mindful through their work, and love sharing their knowledge and skills to better other people's lives.The combination of a yoga instructor and Psychologist facilitating this retreat, gives you all a holistic approach so you can leave  with a better understanding of your mind,body and self.
