Our 4 day, 3 night weekend getaway is designed for those who are looking for a city getaway to de-stress and recharge, root down, rediscover the balance and rise again. This retreat will be a nurturing experience as you'll be spending your time reconnecting with nature, deepening your yoga and meditation practises, making meaningful connections with likeminded people and creating a positive shift in your overall wellbeing.

We have prepared for you an enchanting program of dynamic and restorative yoga practises, meditation, sound healing and many other activities such as beach tennis, volleyball, paddle boarding, sauna.. Everyone will be able to unwind and take a breath from life's stresses in their own unique way.

- Daily yoga (vinyasa, hatha, yin) & meditation sessions

- Sound Healing Sessions using Tibetan singing bowls
- Beach tennis, outdoor tennis, volleyball, aromatherapy sauna, paddle boarding.

- Infusion teas available throughout the day

- The use of doTERRA essential oils at every session

- Other activities will include: guided walk in the nature, yoga nidra meditation, active meditation, inversions/arm balance workshop, introduction on how to use essential oils for your well-being

We have two bathrooms in the main house, and one extra bathroom in the sauna house.

Flights, transportation to and from the retreat is not included. Please reach out to us if you need to book a transfer, we'll be happy to help.

 

**** A €100 deposit is required to make a booking. Due to uncertainty of Covid-19, in case of rescheduling all deposits will be transferable to a new date.
The deposit won't be refundable if cancelled for personal reasons or your own travel restrictions so please plan accordingly.

The rest of the amount can be paid in cash upon your arrival. 

The food at our yoga retreat will be all vegan, prepared with seasonal ingredients by 'Ridikas' restaurant chefs.

We'll have free-flow infusion teas available throughout each day as well.

H O W   T O   R E A C H   U S

The Lake House is not far from Veisiejai town, next to Snaigynas lake.

The main airports are Kaunas and Vilnius, it takes ±2h drive to get to the Lake House. We can help you with the transfer to/from the retreat.
