We invite you to take a break from the real world and to join us at this incredible and tranquil retreat spot located in the Pyrenees, France. 

 

Just as nature enters a cycle of renewal, growth and expansion in spring—so does the energy within us, so let’s take time out from our busy lives and give ourselves the opportunity to reset and reconnect in the stunning French countryside. 
 

Expect a transformational weekend away, plenty of time in nature, meaningful conversations and exceptional time together with likeminded people.
 

This retreat will help you delve deeper into your yoga & meditation practice, you will have time to relax and renew your energy outdoors and reinvigorate your mind, body and soul. 
 

Fitness classes will be based on interval training and strength training to make you feel energized and strong with a focus on re-connecting you to your body. All levels of fitness can be catered for. 

All yoga and fitness sessions are entirely optional. This retreat is your time, there is no pressure and the main aim is for you to find your happy place!

With daily yoga, meditation, hikes, fitness and nutritious food, a cacao ceremony and not to forget the donkeys -you're sure to have a memorable treat, ready to return to the real world relaxed and rejuvenated!

LOCATION

This ancient Catalan farm is easy to fall in love with. Situated at 950m altitude, just outside the beautiful village of Corsavy in the Pyrenees Orientales region of France. Since 2015, the owners Ali & Matt have been renovating the place and building high-end holiday apartments for lovers of the mountains & nature. 

All accommodation boast breath-taking views of the Vallespir and down to the Mediterranean sea. They also have a lot of animals (Cameroon sheep, 3 donkeys, 2 pigs, chickens, dogs and cats)!

This retreat is extra special as we have the wonderful Katie join our team!

Katie runs West Beach Fitness and is a fitness and nutrition coach with a passion for helping people fall in love with the process of looking after themselves better. Let Katie help you find a  pattern of training and nourishing your awesome body that makes you feel stronger, fitter and more energised than you thought was possible.

PRICE

Shared double room (private bathroom) - €845/ £705

Private room (private bathroom) - €1,055/ £882

 

Private 45min Reiki Healing session: €50

Return bus transfer from Figueres to the retreat location is included in the price

Flights, train tickets, other travel expenses are not included in the price.

Deposit: A 50% is required to make a booking. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the event. Our deposits are non-refundable.

Covid-19: In case of new lockdown in France, all deposits will be refunded.

Cancellations: The deposit won't be refundable if cancelled for personal reasons. If you cancel your place less than 2
 weeks before the start of the retreat, the full cost is non-refundable.

 

THE FOOD

We realize the importance of good, healthy and nutritious food while you stay with us and offer delicious dishes for our guests.

 

All meals will be vegan & vegetarian prepared with fresh, seasonal, and, for the most part, organic produce.
 

We'll have free-flow infusion teas available throughout each day as well, all inclusive in the price.

TRAVEL

We suggest flying to Barcelona or Girona. From both locations you would take the fast train from BCN Sants to Figueres from where we'll transfer to the retreat location together.

Transfer by bus from Figueres:
There will only be one pick up from Figueres train station, around 14:00 on the 21st of April so please plan your flights/trains accordingly. 

 

By car:

± 2:30h car ride from Barcelona. 
± 1:30h car ride from Girona.
