✨A wonderful afternoon of profound Dynamic & Yin practise, healing power of essential oils, pranayama (breathing exercises) followed by Yoga Nidra - a guided meditation which will focus on intention setting, breath awareness, visualisation, and deep relaxation. YIN & YANG Vinyasa Flow - energising & restorative practise that combines the benefits of dynamic and yin yoga.
PRANAYAMA - Pranayama will teach you how to breathe consciously, correctly and efficiently. Pranayama is both enjoyable and beneficial to your well being, and practiced regularly leaves you feeling calm but energized.
YOGA NIDRA - Translated as 'Yogic Sleep' which is a systematic method of inducing complete physical mental and emotional relaxation. We'll discover and awaken the immense potential that lies dormant in the deep levels of the mind.
This is a great practise if you are looking to:

⭐️ enjoy a healthy snack and explore some other Essential Oils over a cup of tea or some bubbly cava
We'll start our session with an intention setting using a very special blend of Essential Oils. You'll be able to use it aromatically or if preferred, topically as well. When Essential Oils are incorporated into the practice of meditation, they can help to center, ground, and focus the mind and are said to help eliminate negative energy from the body and mind.
This will be a powerful part of our yoga practise that combines an awakening and mindful flow from posture to posture. Expect to connect with your core, build strength and release tension at the same time.
Once we reach the floor we'll start our restorative sequence - long and juicy stretches using various props which will allow any tension in our muscles to release.
During the Nidra practice, you will be fully supported in a comfortable position using blocks, blankets, as you are guided to a state of deep relaxation. We'll finish off with a gentle yogi-like massage using Essential Oils.
After the practise I invite you to stay for a cup of tea (or cava) - Sip & Sniff while you explore some other beautiful oils.
All levels, ages, shapes and sizes are welcome. No previous experience necessary.
