2,5h fun workshop will be focused on exploring arm balances (eka pada kundinyasana 1&2 and their transitions), & building strength for inversions (head stand, tripod head stand, & pincha). We'll be focusing a lot on shoulder strenght, mobility & core, pincha being the first one in our inversions. Learn to fly and float with ease.
We'll be also exploring some transitions from the arm balances and inversions.
Often times we think that going upside down or balancing on arms is dangerous and we need to have a lot of experience to achieve these poses. This is a great opportunity that will give you the confidence and playfulness to get a great taste on how to practice them. You’ll learn step by step techniques for safely entering and exiting the poses. The workshop includes a Dynamic Vinyasa flow to get your body warmed up and ready to flip it upside down followed by a rejuvenating full body relaxation.
This workshop is perfect for beginners as we'll be going through strenghtening drills, learning how to safely enter these postures, activate the correct muscles and let go of the fear of falling down.
